Product Care

A precious jewelry is delicate and should be treated with the greatest care. A few simple actions and precautions will help you maintain the beauty and radiance of your jewelry.
To prevent damage to your piece, we recommend avoiding exposure to fragrance, chemicals or cosmetics, as these could affect its color and form. It is best to wait until fragrances and cosmetics have dried completely before wearing your jewelry.
It is important not to expose your creation to water (fresh, chlorinated or salt) or to high temperatures (such as prolonged sun exposure).
Jewelry can become fragile when you lift or carry heavy objects. Your precious and ornamental stones will stay magnificent as long as you preserve them from intense thermal shocks.
To prevent scratches, each piece should be stored individually in its own case, pouch, or compartment, so that the stones and metals do not rub against or scratch each other.
Most jewelries can be cleaned to intensify their sparkle: gently scrub them with a very soft brush dipped into soapy water, then carefully rinse them and delicately dry them with a soft, non-lint cloth. Avoid using coarse fibers or fabrics, such as paper or polyester, as these can result in scratching.
Jewelries with leather parts can be cleaned with a soft cloth.
